48 Hour Film Project St. Louis

Cinema St. Louis presents the 48 Hour Film Project, the original international timed filmmaking competition. Filmmakers from all over the St. Louis area will compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. The winning film will go up against films from around the world for the title "Best 48 Hour Film of 2019."

The 48 Hour Film Project will take place in St. Louis in early June 2019. Competition weekend is Friday, May 31-Sunday, June 2. Public screenings of completed films will be on the weekend of June 8-9. The "Best of" screening and awards announcements will be on Wednesday, June 19. All screenings will occur at Washington University's Brown Hall.
