Digital files for virtual screenings
Please send your digital film files for virtual screenings directly to our Dropbox account at the link below at your earliest convenience. We can also accept delivery through email, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or whatever works best for you; we can also download directly from Vimeo. Alternatively, we can create an upload link for you to send your film file directly to Eventive.
Specs: 1920x1080 h.264 @ 10 Mbps are the suggested specifications.
Features: 10 GB maximum file size. Shorts: 5 GB maximum file size.
Please remember that this is for web presentation only and a massive ProRes file is simply not necessary. Use this format to name your file: “FILM NAME.mov” (e.g., “Trip to the Moon.mov” or “Sherlock.mp4.” Ideally, there should be 2 seconds of black before the start and end of your film. Please do not include bars and tone or a countdown prior to the start of your film.
